The Full-Gain leather that we have picked is a natural byproduct of the livestock lifecycle. After years of working with this leather, it has proven extremely durable and extended use does not destroy the look. Scratches and everyday wear and tear will blend in naturally with the look. A bag or backpack will easily last for 10 years!  And even after all that time, they do not lose their vigor and transform into something special that is always with you. We have intentionally left our products unlined, showcasing the velvety soft suede underside of our hides. This choice ensures that your bag will be a faithful companion for a lifetime.

Once we receive your order, it should only take between 2-7 days for us make and get your order ready for shipping. Most order are ready within a few days, though please note that personalisations may influence the production time. We generally ship our bags to you by DHL or POST NL. You should expect the following delivery timelines:

• Shipping to the Netherlands: 1-2 days
• Shipping within the EU: 2-10 days
• Shipping to the US: 7-21 days
• Shipping elsewhere: 7-21 days

• We can only accept returns for products that do not have any sort of personalization.
• We can only accept returns within 14 days after you have received your product.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition
