Returns & exchanges

At Wilderoe we do everything we can so you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your product, and you wish to return the item there are a few things to keep in mind:

• We can only accept returns for products that do not have any sort of personalization.
• We can only accept returns within 14 days after you have received your product.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition
